Mepps

Mepps is one of Fat Cat's henchmen in Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers. He is known to be mischievous, emotional, protective, persnickety, smart, mean, even-tempered, prissy, pugnacious and sensible. He is an ally cat who talks with a whiny voice. Mepps' voice was done by Peter Cullen.
