Honker Muddlefoot is Gosalyn Waddlemeyer's Best Friend on Darkwing Duck. He first appeared in the episode "That Sinking Feeling." He often reluctantly tags along with Gosalyn on Darkwing's Adventures. Honker is the son of Herb and Binkie Muddlefoot and the younger brother of Tank Muddlefoot who bullies him.
He is book-smart, intelligent, timid and very shy; he often gets picked on by bullies (including his own brother) at school. He enjoys reading textbooks and researching
His favorite color is cadmium red
Honker is sometimes known as The Arrow Kid when Gosalyn is Quiverwing Quack.
