It has come to our attention that Disney is planning to remove some of their lesser-watched titles from Disney+, which unfortunately may possibly include some of our favorite Disney Afternoon shows! We strongly encourage anyone reading this to please watch as much of these Disney Afternoon shows (and any other not-so-trending shows and movies they're a fan of, for that matter) on Disney+ as they can, and hopefully encourage Disney to not again deprive us all of these classic cartoons!

- Fantagraphics' fifth volume of The Disney Afternoon Adventures, featuring the previously-unpublished-in-the-US Darkwing Duck comic "Marinated Mystery", is set for release on December 3rd.
- Dynamite Entertainment has launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund reprint collections of the past Gargoyles comics by Marvel Comics and Slave Labor Graphics, in commemoration of the show's 30th anniversary.
- Jake S. Friedman's book The Disney Afternoon: The Making of a Television Renaissance has unfortunately been delayed to November 2024.
