"Dry Hard" is the forty-seventh episode of Darkwing Duck, and the 36th episode to air on The Disney Afternoon.
Synopsis[]
Bud Flud, spring water salesman, has been poisoning his competitors' drinking water in order to promote his own. Darkwing moves to stop him, but ends up sending him into a vat of poisoned water. Flud survives in a new watery form - "the Liquidator". Now, the Liquidator has turned all of St. Canard's water hard and DW must stop him.

- Chronologically and in production order, this episode is Lidquidator's first appearance (and also his only solo outing in animation). However, due to the episodes being aired out of order, two of his later appearances - "Just Us Justice Ducks" and "Life, the Negaverse, and Everything" - ended up airing before this episode.
